Problem connecting K-Pro to laptop

Hi,

Im unable to get my laptop to detect my KPRO, the only thing that comes up is "USB to SERIAL" when I connect the usb cable. I've tried it on 2 different laptops and its the same thing.

Laptop is running Windows XP SP3
KManager 1.4.5.5
2002 RSX Type-S
ECU : 37820-PRB-A05
2068-505124

any help would be appreciated

Go to Help, and click on Test USB and follow the prompts.
