any ideas what would make oil burn thru the exhaust when i unhook the pcv valve?, did compression test all is good, rebuilt turbo and still all is good, im running a 2nd gen tsi t25 turbo on my f23a1 accord. only pushing 8- 10 lbs daily, never more.

Could be ur Turbo Oil Seal.. It's a big O-ring.. My friend had the same problem with his B18c1...

You need to have the PCV connected or this can happen from build up of pressure.

learned something new, 80 psi of oil to a turbo isnt cool, haha, found an oil restrictor and all is good except i cant get the wastegate or boost controller to regulate boost at all, both wastegate and boost controller are functional as i tested them on a friends car.
