s300 offline

my tuner and me were fixing the cranking fuel trim on my tune, then it just went offline. checked updates,usb drivers,etc. using v1.4.8.0. tried another laptop thinking maybe that was the issue but same thing just shows offline. hook the laptop on my tuners car and everthing is ok. this s300 has been fine for 4-5years. green light is on. we can't figure it out why it won't go online :(

any help from the hondata pro's? or is the ecu done?

What does it show up as in the Windows device manager?

usb serial converter pops up when s300 is plugged in.
