Rev limiter at 4 Grand solid red and green lights?

My ecu will no longer allow me to upload or datalog. In addition it seems as if its in a fail safe mode with a rev limiter at 4,000 Rpm.

The green light is solid and the Red light is flashing until i try to datalog and or upload. When i try and datalog the red light goes solid and it does not datalog. The datalog record button goes gray for a sec or 2 and then goes back to red.

When i remove the USB cable the green and red lights go off.

Any information is greatly appreciated.

i'll be calling too, i have the same problom. i think my last error code it threw was daughter board comunication error.
