Launch control/ full throttle shift wiring

(03civiclx) i've read all of the posts on this subject and i'm still confused. the clutch pedal pos. switch acts as a normally closed switch(due to being constantly depressed), so depressing the pedal opens the circuit. if the lc/fts is activated when grounded, how do you complete the circuit with the pedal depressed? is it necessary to invert the input in the parameters? i know i'm probably overthinking it but an impromptu typed out wiring diagram would really help out.

Just invert the input and it will work as you want it to.
