how to change the entire RPM ?

how do I change the RPM breakpoints with out having to change each one separate ?

You can right click and choose insert RPM index.

I know that one

I want to change the entire range without having to change each one .. one at a time

is that one possible ?

That would be like trying to fill out a spreadsheet all at once instead of doing each field individually and that is impossible.
