jdm sirII obdII which obdI ecu to use for s200??

ok i know i can use a obdI ecu but heres the problem my jdm eng doesn't use things such as a vtec oil press switch, only uses one o2 sensor and yes it obdII, seems like i'm missing something else. but any how you get the idea. so can hondata get rid of this stuff if i get a ecu that looks for those. i geuss the o2 sensor will be ok but what about the oil press switch couse if the ecu doesn't get that then there is no vtec and lowers the rev limmit. i done it in my d16y8. any how i would also like to know what to get when i put my turbo on what is the minimum i need to run it with 7 psi for now will up grade later. i also have eclipse injectors ready to install with the resistor box, the box is already installed i'm just running f22b1 injectors for now till i get what i need to run the turbo so i can get it installed

one more question why do have to cut jumper j12 what does that do?
