Ok, i have a b16 head with a b17 block and a p28 ecu. What calibration should I start with ?

blox intake manifold... mugen 4 2 1 headders... 2 peace cold air intake...
AEM fuel rail... vison adjustable cam gears... thermal gaskets and hoses...
b16 head / b17 block with p28 ecu

I need a base map with a good vtec setup to start with...
