Unable to datalog

Post by comish71 »

I have a k-pro setup ecu prb a05, # on kpro board is E199143 94V-0 (no clue what this means)

setup is k20head/k24

I am unable to datalog unless I do it manually. If I set the datalog parameters for "based on engine parameters" and upload this to the ecu, when I check the ecu, it never uploads the "based on engine parameter changes."

Hondata is version 14.1.0.

Thanks.

What is the serial number on the K-Pro? It is on a sticker with a bar code.

Post a good, in focus picture of the inside of the ECU, including the K-Pro board.

This K-Pro does not have on-board datalogging. You can only datalog using a laptop.

The serial number has been removed, this usually indicates that it is stolen.

Well I can assure you it's not. As a matter of fact I've got my receipt and the shop that I bought it from is very reputable (one of your dealers). Now back to the more important matter at hand, is there an upgrade that can be done to the kpro so that I can datalog?

If it had a serial number yes, but since it does not, we cannot offer any upgrades.

If I have the receipt and verification from your distributor/dealer that this is their unit then would I be able to upgrade the unit? Apparently there is an issue here that occurred before I obtained the unit and therefore out of my control.

No, I'm sorry, but we do not upgrade systems without serial numbers.
