Random Ignition Cut

Post by jake1191 »

Recently my car started to do what i thought was boost cut. So i lowered the boost with my MBC and have the car hitting 5psi. My tune was made on 7psi and has been running great for about a month or so. Now for some reason at random times in any gear under a high load/boost my car will just fall on its face until i let off the gas and go back to it. I have only had this happen at 1/3rd throttle or more.

Any ideas what it could be?

You need to post your calibration and a datalog of the problem

The issue is in this datalog that i caught happens at 5000rpm and it is an ignition cut.

I know my wideband readings are off but that is mainly due to open exhaust at the current time and the sensor being close to the outlet.

That datalog shows you reving past 5000 rpm without any problems, can you give the exact time index you are referring to?
