Lean closed loop operation
I have the open loop map well tuned and now i want to enable the closed loop operation but when i switch to closed loop the afr goes very lean at the graph is it possible to see that no corrections are being done at short term or long term.
I'm using wideband input to closed loop operation, the target voltage is 2.34v.
Any clue?

That changes made in the conversion table can be used for closed and open loop right?
In my ECU i don't have wires on the D10 or D12 so i must keep the D14 and this one only goes to 3,8 volt right?

You can add the wires (D10, D12, B6)
Which ECU are you using?
No I don't work for Hondata, but love working with the product.

It would be best to use one of the inputs that has the full 0-5v range. This will give you the best results and is what the closed loop wideband functions were designed with. It is not difficult to add a wire or swap the wire from one location to another.

I can't understand why but is not working.
The conversion table i have set to:
0 - 1.89 - 3,78
7.35 - 14.87 - 22.39
Voltage target: 1.88v
Should work with this values but i didn't goes strait to 18.xx afr...
I double check all the wires and they are well connected.

Best add wire and use a different input. When using other input use logworks AFR reading to determine if you have to remove resistors from ECU to get readings to match with Logworks. Also set LC1 back to defauft setting and set conversion tables toTsuchinoko wrote:I can't understand why but is not working.

I had the same problem with the open loop and close loop tuning.Tsuchinoko wrote:Strange is that i already had closed loop ok with this settings before my last WB sensor death. Tune in open loop and goes lean when I enable close loop.
The solution I have is to tune the engine in close loop while the short term trim is set to 0% for min and max fuel trim.
Remember to reset the ecu before tuning.
Once the tuning is done, I set the short term adjustment back to -30% and +30%.
