Hello all,
Driving the car for 8 months using the pcs output with a relay to engage VTEC. after runing the car for 20 minutes vtec just stopped working. cleaned and inspected all the wiring, relay and solenoid and everything is fine.
hooked up my laptop and datalogged driving and the pcs indicator does not turn off which is what engages vtec. i can invert the output and the pcs indicator will turn off and in turn the vtec solenoid will click telling me that it works.
i can not figure out why it stopped working. everything is still setup for vtec to work but the pcs is not working, pcs stays on all the time regardless of what i change.
i dont know what else to do since the smanager is set as it always has been but not pcs is not turing off as it should.
any ideas on how to make it work again?
pcs/vtec issue, vtec does not engage

pcs used to control relay to activate vtec
pcs no longer turns off which in turn activates vtec. datalog one showing car working with pcs turning off activating vtec. one showing pcs not turning off car staying on low speed tables.
