AFR Hunting problem
I have been having an issue with the air fuel on my turbo s2000. During idle and also part throttle cruising the afr's are all over the place. They go from 16:1 and then to 10:1 and so on. Its not like it just stays in the 14.7:1 range and fluctuates a little bit.......they are just all over the place. Seems to happen after the engine reaches 180 plus degrees. I originally thought that maybe it was a bad o2 sensor so I got a new one. This still did not fix the problem. I recently swithed from a log manifold with 2.5" exhaust to a equal length manifold with 3" exhaust, and this is when the issue started. I was thinking that maybe since the o2 sensor is so much farther away from the engine now that this may have something to do with it. Has anyone ever had an issue like this???
