obd 2 swap into a 92 lx

can i put my obd2 d16y7 engine into a 92 4 door lx and have the body harness plug in to my ecu so i can still have power windows lites gauges etc???????

The ecu has nothing to do with your lights, gauges or windows. Also no knowing what ECU you are referring to, it is impossible to say if it will plug right in to the existing harness.
