Fuel cut
Not if you tune out your decel fuel columns it won't. We have a car with solid billet mounts and because of this when fuel cut occurs its quite abrupt especially driving in traffic where your constantly on/off the throttle. On other EMS we were able to configure a condition where fuel cut wouldn't occur below a set speed threshold so this worked well. I assume this isn't possible with hondata?Spunkster wrote:Why would you want to do this. It will cause you to wash down the bores with fuel.
It would be better that state the problem that the perceived cure, as we will be able to help you more effectively that way. In your case you need to:
- calibration the TPS, and make sure the TPS is consistent over time.
- set the injector dead times accurately (this will have the biggest effect)
- look closely at ignition timing change when the problem occurs. Normally you need to smooth out the ignition timing at low rpm.
- look at the MAP when the injectors cut, as the overrun cutout pressure may be too high for your engine.
