Cannot install usb drivers PERIOD

Ive tried everything its told me to but for some reason the laptop will not recognize the ecu. It tells me that its an unknown device and thats it. Ive tried everything. Is there some magical way to get it? Do you need to magic touch? Im completely lost.

When i go to device manager it shows as unknown device and when click on it it gives me info on them then i can go to drivers and click on update drivers it tells me i already have the best driver for the system installed. Ive uninstalled it and still tells me the same thing. also when i plug it in it automatically installs a driver for it. but still will not connect.

okay i got it to the point to when you manually enter it it brings up kpro ecu and then k pro ecu 6001 and kpro ecu 6006 or something like that. Now when go to install a drive it tells me that an error occured and couldnt complete the download.

In Kmanager, go to Help and click on Test USB then follow the instructions.

i had some problems installing the driver aswell. the drivers are located in the kmanager folder when you download kmanager and install it to your pc. go to the device manager right click on the ecu and install drivers. after that manual select the drivers folder in kmanager (after you install it) and hopefully it should work :)
