ignition and windows 7 question

hello tuners, i'm brand new to the forum so please forgive any noobish mistakes...

my question is in regards to my b16 build, my s300 software occasionally retards the ignition one minute its fine then a short pull and i see negative reading on the sensor table... it's running a t3/t3 turbo and i have recently put in the hondada 4bar map , its currently doing 267hp and showing room for more...

also i would like to know how to carry over my built maos from my last pc to new one, the last one runs windows xp while the new one runs windows 7.

Just copy the calibrations to a CD, flashdrive...etc. and then copy the files to the new computer.

Without the calibration and datalogs showing the problem it is nearly impossible to say what it might be.
