I've had a problem with the "Return to Stock" calibration twice this week. After flashing the ECU, the car won't start, and the green key light blinks on my gauge cluster. Is this an issue with my immobilizer? When I flash another calibration, it works fine, so it seems to only be happening with the "Return to Stock" calibration.
Is this a bug in 1.1.6.7, or might I have a corrupted file?
FWIW, my method of flashing the RTS calibration is to load it onto the FlashPro, then flash the ECU with the FlashPro without having a laptop connected. I've loaded many calibrations over the past couple weeks and the RTS calibration has worked a couple times (I'm testing different bolt-ons in different combinations with different tunes).

The previous connection issue was resolved by plugging in an extension cable (well) so that I can easily connect and disconnect the FP without bending over.
When I had the issue with the RTS calibration and the immobilizer, the FlashPro was not connected to a PC. The flash seemed to work just fine, and I heard the relays click after the flash completed. It was just when I tried starting the car that the green key started flashing on the cluster. I tried flashing it again, but the same thing happened. Then I flashed the secondary calibration, and it started right up. I didn't disconnect anything between flashes. I had the same experience with the same resolution a couple days later. The RTS calibration was loaded individually onto the FP separately each time, and I had loaded several other custom calibrations on the primary location between them.

I do have a laptop, so if it happens again, I'll try hooking it up. Oh ... wait ... the return to stock calibration won't work for me anymore anyway, since I just installed my larger injectors.Hondata wrote:If this happens again I suggest completely removing the key from the ignition and trying again.
Is it possible to reflash a return to stock calibration from a laptop to eliminate the reflash method from the equation?
What do you mean by removing the key and trying again. Are you suggesting that there is a way to reflash the ECU without turning on the ignition (with the key)? When the RTS flash failed, and the green light was blinking, I did try removing the key for a few seconds before trying to start it again, but that didn't help.
