Need help

I am new to computers so I have a few questions.

I recently put an H22A motor in my civic and it's wired for OBD1. I have 2 computers, one is the P28 and the other P13. The p28 is mugen chipped an the car is not as powerful as I expected.
When I put the p13 in, it runs really strong until the check engine light comes on. This is due to the knock sensors and egr's.

I was considering going the hondata route but do not know on what to do.

Do I send in my p28 or p13 and what programming am I looking for? Also is there a custom map downloaded on the computer with Hondata?
