Help B16 Hondata S300

I downloaded the map from the ecu, made some fuel changes and uploaded, Now the car won't accelerate it will just buck or hit some kind of cut, won't even boost. The computer I used was different from the one when it was tuned. I have the up to date smanager.... what could it be??
