Updating ECU calibrations?

i tried to datalog just the other day and a pop up said that to update the ecu calibrations. im using the v1.4.1.0 and my ecu is like 1.3.2.0 or something? but how do i update the ecu calibrations?

Upload your calibration to the ECU again.
