registering problem

i have installed my software and drivers but i cannot register my flashpro with hondata. i cant use my flash pro until this is resolved. a message pops up that says "specified modules counldnt be found".

What version of windows are you using? Does 'Check Internet Connection' work from the Help menu? If you're still having trouble then the easiest thing may be to install the software on another computer and use that to register the FlashPro, then go back to using your regular computer.

im running windows vista. connection test works fine, tried to do it on someone elses computer but it still did not work.

Make sure you do not have any antivirus or internet security software running as it may be blocking something.

How did u fix it I tried uninstalling it and installing it from the website instead of CD. Also onto another comp....no luck.
