PWM reading?

Hey Hondata team!
I looked at my ECU and it didn't look like I had the components for the PWM however when looking over logs I seem to be getting a reading from the PWM. Is this an indication that I don't need to have the components installed?

If the components are not there then it will not work no matter what the datalog says.
