P72 questions

I'm a new dealer, so these questions may seam dumb. I installed the ROM socket, 74hc373 chip, removed J12, linked J1, and installed cn2. All solder joints look clean and good. I plugged in the S200 to cn2, plugged in the pocket romulator. Opened the ROM edit software, and tried to upload the ROM from the ECU using ctrl+w, but didn't get the blue bar. Not knowing any better, I opened a prewritten file and ctrl+e. My problem is, check engine lite is on, it won't output any codes when jumped. In reading it has been said there is a red light on the blue box? (s200 I guess) My Romulator has a steady green light. Car won't idle (to rich) 42 lb./hr. injectors, which I changed my injector sizing per the rom editor. Where do I go from here.....

Thanks to Matt and Doug, I'm up and running! Used the wrong version on the ROMulator software, and had a bad solder joint on my ECU... I guess I'll learn to do that better! Anyway, car is tuned and gone!
