I get the following message every time i try to upload a program: "Please switch the ignition on if you wish to upload the ECU. Otherwise the calibration will be uploaded to the flash pro only"
I have done the removal and complete turning off of the equipment and then restarting. I have tried several laptops reinstalling the software and drivers per Hondata instructions. The vehicle does not start.
The calibration loads onto the flashpro, but does not load into the vehicles ecu. Has anyone had this problem? We spoke to Javier at Hondata yesterday and he told us to remove the equipment and connect/restart to see what would happen, but this has been done many times with no luck. Where do we go from here?
Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

Flashpro cannot upload to the ecu
Flashpro cannot upload to the ecu
The vehicle is a 2007 Honda Civic Si. The last thing done was modification to the 30 degree BTC fuel tables and this was the last successful upload to the ecu. The software version used for this was the latest version, 1.1.6.7
Curiosly a scan tool was placed in the OBD2 port of this vehicle and the scan tool cannot communicate with the vehilce ecu.

At the bottom of the flashpro manager screen there is a checkmark on
OBD2/Flashpro and on ecu there is an "x"
Ecu/Flashpro unit will be shipped over to you guys as Javier to us to send it over. Javier said that maybe the system is locked.
