I all,
I have a 1998 Honda Integra Type-R turbo-charged, with S300.
I'm not happy with my RPM and Load indexes and would like to change them all to new values that make more sense to me.
Is there any way to do it without having to manually recalculate all tables?
I couldn't do that with Smanager and looking the net didn't find any external program to do it.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Paulo.
Changing RPM and Load indexes
Thanks for your answer, but I've seen that. It states:Hondata wrote:See http://www.hondata.com/help/smanager/ch ... values.htm
"When an index is changed the underlying tables are not automatically compensated for the index change. This will mean that all affected tables will not function that same as before the index change. "
What I need it's a method to calculate the new table values affected by the index change, to minimize tuning changes.

Thanks, that almost did it, but when I insert a new index I cannot choose its value, it really takes the average value of the indexes before and after.codenamezero wrote:When you insert a new row or col in the middle, it will take the average value of the 2 row/col beside it. If you are adding a new row at the bottom or a new col at the right, it will take the previous row/col value.
You will need to retune it.
I'm looking for a program that could read the tables from the skl file, allow the user to change the indexes and recalculate the table values for the new indexes based on the original table. I'm surprised that such a simple program could not be found in the net, I had the feeling that we could find about anything...
I understand that Smanager wouldn't do it, because there's no way the recalculated table would behave EXACTLY like the original table, but if the new values are calculated properly, the differences would not be significant.
I'm waiting answers from other foruns, but if in a few more days I cannot find a program to do it, I'll create one myself, since I'm a programmer. It will be some work, but not as much as if I have to recalculate hundreds of table values manually. I'll test the results in my Integra and if it looks to work fine I'll make the program available to the fórum.
Thanks,
Paulo.
