Does INJ pulse width in datalog include the lag times?

Post by Gernby »

If the value for INJ in the datalog is 1.5 ms, does this mean that the total injector pulse width including lag time was 1.5 ms? If so, can you add another column showing what the calculated lag time is?

The injector duration always includes the injector dead time.

Okay. Would you please add the expected dead time to the datalog? This would be helpful for showing a more accurate fuel curve for comparison to the torque curve while tuning.

The injector dead time value is not recorded by the ECU for datalogging.
