solid cel and car is in limp mode

when i went to install my s200b hondata system p28 ecu also cut the j12 jumper already (ls turbo), everything works fine, but when i give it 1/2 to full throttle the car would only rev up to 2500 rpm and bounce off of there. but if i gave it 1/4 or less i could rev up all the way. im lost on why its doing this, any suggestions? oo i forgot to mention there is a solid cel light also.

What MAP sensor are you using, and is your chip programmed to work with it?

you could have the map and tps plugs swapped

i figured out what the problem was, thanks anyway. i went back and rechecked the wiring and found that the water temp plug wasnt plugged it. everything works fine now.
