No rebate?

I entered all necessary info to register my flashpro and get it all setup with a nice map tune on my car, but whn I try and acess the rebate it says "cannot complete request, car has not been reflashed" but I have reflashed my car... any ideas?

The Rebate is only for those that PURCHASED a reflash and had sent their ECU in before purchasing the FlashPro.

I have a question about this I did have a reflash and had no problems with the process. Were my computer was mailed to you and reflashed. I have a copy of my receipt from when it was reflashed, then purchased a flashpro on the 8th of the month I locked it to my car and applied for the rebate but have seen nothing come to me. When you apply for the rebate it says it will take 1 to 2 weeks for processing. I'd like to know when I'll recieved it also if you need anymore info from me just let me know.

That's what I said! I purchased it over a year ago that would be the reflash, I have the reciept for it. Then I just purchased the flashpro aprox. 1 month ago at the most So were is my refund?

Also the flashpro is the best tuning device I've ever used! I'm having a blast tuning my vehicle.
