Something is wrong...

Post by Reiko »

When I drive the car when the mixture begins to fluctuate less. In the field, the car is running okay, as well as a Boost to be in cruise but will jump. What could the problem be?
I would add logging

sorry my english is not good

Your o2 sensor response looks a little slow. What are your closed loop parameters? What o2 sensor are you using?

There is a Innovate wideband, but today I think I found the problem. To this end, Walbro 255 pump that will go through

So. I took off gasoline at the pump, but it works beautifully. I've changed the Spark Plugs, Bosch LSU 4.2 wideband O2 sensor twice, but the error is still only in the nozzle. I put a new ignition coils, however, nothing has changed. I have to caution that if I then log in on the ground shows a straight line, wideband 14.9. All the sensors are working beautifully. If the mixture is still to go I will begin to run down.

Did you try doing your test in "OPEN LOOP"? Cause I see that you have closed loop enabled. Im kind of having a hard time understanding what you're trying to explain.

Well if that's the case the car needs to be tuned. Look under "parameters" in "fuel compensation" you have it setup to remove fuel as the engine warms up. Fix that and then retune the car again.

It has worked all the time, so the problem has occurred during the voyage when the mixture starts to go up and down, 13.7-16.6. Before the error worked perfectly 13.9-14.7 Sometimes, as happened during the journey here to enlarge

Why is O2 sensor will show the number 14.9. If you press the gas sensor when it works it would be idle as the sensor goes to sleep.
