S300 /wiring issues??

I currently running a built turbo ls/vtec in my eg .. Problem im having is the Hondata s300 with 1000cc injectors will not start the car.. I used a basemap off hondata with the sc61 setup and nada... Now i also tried starting the car on the hondata and stock injectors and also nothing ... I hooked up an obd1 accord ecu i had laying around and she starts... I know the ecu didnt take a shit on me cause i uploaded a program on my cousin all motor car and she started right away.. So im completey lost.. any body have any type of inputs that would help please let me know ..

With the sc61 base map try setting cranking fuel trim to 0% and see if that helps.

tried dat and still nothing.. im completley lost on what this issue can be ... would the car still fire up correctly if the the accord ecu and injectors had no resistor box hooked up to it ...

Are you getting fuel and spark?...those are the first things to check.

recieving spark but no fuel when hondata is plugged in

You need to post your setup. You got a resistor box? What stock injectors do you have, low or high impedance? Is your cousin's car setup the same way as for injectors? List everything.
