Hesitation when AC is on

I searched and found some useful info, but can't seem to find anything like what is happening to me.

Turbo GSR with 83mm sleeved block, 9.25:1 CP pistons, skunk2 tuner 1s. Walbro 255hp, stock regulator, ID 1000 injectors. Using PLX M300 connected to S300.

During cruise with the AC the car will stumble, sometimes really bad. The bad ones feel like its going to shut off. This seems to happen several times every 30 seconds and then goes away for a while. It only does it with the AC on. Car has been tuned and otherwise drives good.

I'm having trouble getting a datalog of one of the hesitations. I had one today, but after I saved the file and tried to open it the log is corrupted.

I'll try and get another one later today or tomorrow. I was looking at the log before I saved it and noticed that the A/F would spike to 16-17 for a few seconds and then drop back to normal when this happened. TPS stayed at 14% despite the A/F change.
