Newbie needs some help w/ calibration

Just did a run today. I followed all the rules, open loop, 3rd gear pull, etc.
It's a K20A2 w/ injen CAI and a Tanabe catback. I used the CAI only kal. I had a crap ton of knocks that I need to adjust out.
