NGK AFX Wideband

I just got one the other week. I heard that the new oxygen sensor made it a lot better. I have an obd1 p28 ecu for a civic and Hondata S300. I'm colorblind so electrical stuff isnt my strong point. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to hook it up. I read somewhere about using the stock plug to convert to 0-5v source so it just kinda confused me. Any help or DIY's would be fantastic. Thanks
