Hello guys I'm hoping you guys will be able to help me out I have been trying to get this car running and up and going for quite some time now and have had problem after problem anyways motor just got re done and heres what happens
I start the car up friday night and it idles rough and the basemap i have i dont think is worth a crap....seems like the car is ok though no knocks or anything and im fairly sure the 02 sensor was reading...i pull it out of the garage to take it down the road and it has maybe 1 or 2 knocks on the knock count....taking it down the road it is fine for maybe a mile then the knock sensor starts counting intermittently so i take it back to the garage and shut it down and look everything over seems ok cranks fine....so i start it back up and the knock count starts intermittenly going again and look at k pro and my A:F reading is dead at 10.70 and i tap the throttle and nothing changes??
I have talked to a few people and said the 02 sensor could be dead which is no problem i will buy a new one but they said it wouldnt have anything to do with the knocking???? the basemap isnt too good to begin with but last summer didnt have this problem at idle I will attach a datalog from yesterday when i started the car up and show you what it is doing any input is greatly apperciated I am a K-pro noob
Here is my setup:
stock ecu sent to hondata last summer PRB
2002 Acura RSX Type-S
K24A4 bottom end
Crower rods
9:1 CP pistons
K20Z1 head
ported and polished by portflow
valves springs all aftermarket (oversize valves)
Crower Custom grind cams
RBC intake mani stock 05 throttle body
Custom Fuel Cell
Weldon external 2015A fuel pump
1600cc precision injectors
Full Race twinscroll sidewinder
Gt 4094r turbo
Marcel's setup is very very similar to mine except he is running different aftermarket cams and higher static compression....only thing i am worried about is that it is a E 85 tune how much different would it be if i uploaded his tune and have pump gas 93 octane in my car??? or would my car be alright to drain the fuel cell and just put some E 85 in the tank and use his cal?????
Here is a link to his cal and my datalog is below.....Once again thank you if you took the time to read this and think about it and thank you even more if you have any help THANKS

yeah I understand that but what about the kal I have now? Looks rich to me...and for some reason he only put 1400cc injector size when I have 1600cc injectors....see anything that could be touched up in my kal so I can run the car down the road and check for leaks and bleed the cooling system before hauling it to be tunedSpunkster wrote:If you are trying to use someone elses claibration that is tuned on different fuel then you will need to get your car fully utned on the dyno to run properly and safely.
