k-pro communication problem

I recently purchased an 02 rsx-s.It has a k-pro upgrade in it but I dont have the disk that came with it. I am trying to communicate with it but have had no success so far.I have downloaded the k-manager but when I hook up to the computer it just comes up as usb<-->serial. I cant seem to get to the drivers.any help would be appreciated.

I must be doing something wrong because I have e-mailed support twice now with no response! I am still trying to solve this problem as the car needs to be tuned before I can drive it.The car came tuned but with a blown k20 so I have put in a k24 with the k20 head and want to be sure of the tune before I drive it too much to avoid damage.Thanks for any help.
