Bad O2? A/F?

Post by krix »

- serial number unknown ecu is hard to get to. Can I pull it from Kpro when Im hooked up?

- KManager version 1.4.0.0

Have not datalogged it yet, not sure if its safe to run. Get overheat error after a few minutes

- 1991 Honda CRX HF

- K20a2 from 03 RSX Type S

- 03 RSX Type S ecu w/ kpro

- 94 GSR gauge cluster, Wire tucked, Rcrew header, no cat. When I first did the swap a few years ago I was blowing a 10amp fuse when the o2 heater came on. Talked to Rywire he said to replace it with a 15amp and its run fine ever since.

- AF shows a constant 10.70 and 0 volts show on the o2 sensor. Is there a way to check the o2 sensor? I unplugged it and started the car, got an error code. Cleared it out plugged it up and no error.

- ECT shows over heat at 220 degrees, keeps climbing. Replaced thermostat with new one from Acura. Fresh 50/50 mix of antifreeze. Pretty sure I got all of the air out.

There is either a problem with your wiring or you have a faulty O2 sensor.

You need to resolve the issue of why the sensor is reading that the engine is overheating. More than likely you still have air in the cooling system.
