O2 sensor error code p0131 and p0135

Post by Martgsr »

- serial number of your K-Pro : 37820 prb a06 -2068 606497
- KManager version : 1.4
- the calibration (as an attachment)
- a datalog of a problem (as an attachment)
- what sort of vehicle you have : DC2 TYPE R 2000 with k20z1 engine
- what sort of ECU you are using : Kpro 05-06 with special hondata harness and hybrid racing harness
Rcrew headers with custom 3inch exhausts.

I have those error codes with the o2 sensors.
When i select "Disable p0135 o2 heater) i have the p131 error code.
If i don`t select it, i have p0135 error code.

I just bought a brand new bosh o2 sensor for rsx 02-04. Still have the same error codes.
All the wires from the o2 connector have been tested to see if there is conductivity to the ecu with succes.

The o2 sensor has never worked correctly on my setup. The swap was been completed this last winter\spring.

Any idea ? or suggestion ?
thx in advance

Update 2010-06-05
I have tried to troubleshoot the problem following the instructions in the helm manual for rsx 02-04. (is it right ? or i should follow the 05-06 instructions?)

1st step was to check fuse:
No. 14 OPTION (30 A) fuse in under-hood fuse/
relay box.
• No. 2 B LAF HEATER (20 A) fuse in under-dash
fuse/relay box.
• No. 4 ACG (10 A) in under-dash fuse/relay box.

Wich one on my DC2 correspond to those?

I have skipped to step 4:
4:Measure voltage between ECM/PCM connector
terminals A1 and A24,

Is there battery voltage?

Yes (i have 11.9 volt)

Update the ECM/PCM if it does not have the
latest software, or substitute a known-good ECM/
PCM (see page 11-6), then recheck. If the symptom/
indication goes away with a known-good ECM/PCM,
replace the original ECM/PCM (see page 11-284).

So, is it possible that i have a problem in my ECU ?
Or i have to verify those fuses ?
Thanx again

I did it.
But in the helms they said to verify those fuses

No. 14 OPTION (30 A) fuse in under-hood fuse/
relay box.
• No. 2 B LAF HEATER (20 A) fuse in under-dash
fuse/relay box.
• No. 4 ACG (10 A) in under-dash fuse/relay box.
But thoses are for an RSX.

But wich one ,on my DC2 correspond to those ?
Or how can i find the one corresponding ?
Thank you
