Question on Duty Cycle

Simple Question i need clarified:

Is the duty cycle in smanager based on the size injector that you input or is it literally the actual duty cycle being sent to the injector.

that didn't answer my question at all.

By duty cycle i mean 1-100%, the actual working duty cycle, not the numbers in the tables, i know those are just reference values.
