Hondata Boost Controller

Post by blacksi76 »

I have the blue Hondata Boost controller hooked up, and working, but I need to make sure I have the setup correct...I have a Tial 44 wastegate with a .5bar/ 7.2 pound spring...Its a normally close boost controller if I am correct so in the fixed duty cycle method, what do I set the solenoid activation pressure at?? So do I start with a lower percentage duty cycle and work my way up to determine the correct boost I am trying to reach??

a 4 psi activation pressure is ok. YOu then have to slowly raise the duty cycle and crate a chart to know what duty creates what pressure.

YOu should not need to use the variable, so just leave it unchecked.
