the kmanager is upto date. i have come home from work ad opened the map and no error code now. why would this be? i tried to upload it to the ecu but it doesnt seem to be workin. by this i mean i have got the map clicked upload.......the little box opens up sayin uploadin.....then when the scale reaches the end box disapears..... i thought it would have been loaded but it is still runnin on the previous map that was on the ecu. any advise would be much appreciated. am i doin something wrong?

thats what i thought.
ok just been playin around with the kpro their and here is whats happening.
i have saved the map for my car twice the only difference between the 2 maps is 1 has launch control+dataloging enabled and the other doesnt.
map 1 has NO launch control+dataloging enabled
map 2 has launch control+dataloging enabled
when openin map 1 this is when this is when "list index out of bounds" error occurs
when i open map 2 the map opens fine and seems to upload to ecu no problem. switched ignition and car off closed k-manager. opened k-manager and tried to down load map from ecu when the error message "please check all calibration parameters for accuracy. in order to ensurethat the binary code is upto date please save the calibration and then upload to the ecu" appeared
i clicked ok and the map that came off of ecu was a previous map i put on just to get the car started.
so why would it not be loadin my map?
i tried to update the USB drivers and got an error message sayin "error updatin USB driver(error access is denied.)
im not havin much luck as you can see........i was really looking to have car at local 1/4mile in 2 days so any feed back is much appreciated. thanks lee

How can the 310bhp map.kal be corrupt and the map not because is a copy so surely both should be corrupt????Spunkster wrote:310bhp map.kal is corrupt and you will have to just use the other calibration and make the necessary changes to it.
What is the necessary adjustment needed?? Do you know why the map would not go onto the ecu? I appreciate your help spunkster
