I noticed on the K20Z ECU pin-out diagram there is a brake pedal switch pin.
Would it be possible to add the brake pedal as part of the sensors to datalog?
or are there any plans in the future to implement this?
Datalogging Brake Pedal Switch Sensor
There were TONS of parameters like this on the CAN bus of my '06 Lexus IS350. It even had accellerometer data for the stability control. However, the FlashPro is a tuning tool, not a performance driving tool. It would be sort of an odd direction for the FlashPro to go if it started datalogging parameters totally unrelated to engine performance.

I don't see why the datalogger cant be used for both.
Although if that is Hondata's stance, then I'll make do with what I've been given. It's already a pretty useful driver performance gauge as it is. Love the datalog button, I use it religiously. Just saying, since the ECU is already receiving the signal, maybe it wont be too much effort to put it into the datalogger.

BAKA!
Don't get me wrong. I would like to see them add some features like this, but I wouldn't want them to divert their development efforts to achieve it. It might be a slippery slope, where people would start wanting them to add a bunch of new functionality to FlashPro Manager to view lateral accelleration, then GPS input, etc.
On the other hand, adding much more data to the datalog would fill up the Flash memory faster.
