Problem at hand: I have my water injection system wired up as per the diagram in the help menu. I have the pump wired on the relay and I have checked and double checked my wiring. If I ground the wire that goes from the relay to the ecu the pump turns on. The wire is connected to A15 and no matter how the parameters are set the ecu is not switching on the ground to run the pump.
Checks performed: Both sides of the relay function properly. The pump works. Power is present. Output is set to A15 in Aux 1. Pump runs when wire to ecu is grounded. Input set to always on.
Can anyone pinpoint me in a direction as to why the ecu is not switching the ground? Am I missing something? I have been struggling with this one issue for 2 days now and I have exhausted every possible solution my brain has whipped up. Thanks in advance for any help.

And what can we show in this case?Spunkster wrote:Post calibrations and datalogs showing the problem.
Switch on ignition and output gives ground all the time, if inverted doesnt.
And it doesnt change if you edit parameters, set rmps to 2000 or whatever.
Technically, outputs are on of off all the time while ignition is on, no matter what parameters are set.
Actually its quiet a problem for me.
