conservative timing

i hear/read alot about people say that there timing is very conservative...

with that being said, what value is conservative for say a Bseries VTEC engine on 10lbs of boost....just wondering

Ignitiona timing can only be safely tuned on the dyno. There is no safe answer as there are to many variables.
