Hi guys, first time poster.
I own a 2001 Torneo Euro R (CL1) with an H22A7. Car is running a P08 ECU (JDM) with an s300 which was installed when I purchased the car about 14 months ago. OBD2 car running an OBD1 conversion harness as I understand.
Today I struck what I fear is a major... this comes after fitting a new ignitor earlier this week in pursuit of solving a CEL 15 problem which has plagued me only on cold start up, on very cold mornings.
Ign on, fuel pump primes and relay clicks as per normal but CEL remains on.
Car will start but runs very rough, smells rich, and will not rev past 4000rpm (sounds similar to revlimit @ 4000)
Now - I have no LED's showing on the ECU, I can plug my laptop in and smanager (V 1.4.2.0) recognises there is a connection but I cannot communicate (ie see and live info) or retrieve and CEL codes to see what is the problem.
Any suggestions of help will be more than welcome.
