Possible tune problem

Fully built lsvtec turbo.. When I get on it first and second the boost is right there but when I slam thrid it's like my boost falls off and I got to build it back up.? The boost is right there on 1-2-4 just not thrid. So i was wondering if it's in my tune or is that my 60-1 has the stage 3 exhaust wheel

Whoops, didnt see the file attached until I posted..

Could it be a throttle tip in issue?
