trouble downloading calibrations File from ECU

I'm having trouble downloading the basemap from ecu. when i tried downloading the map the reading window pops up with the downloading bar and the downloading bar does nothing even waited for about 5-8 mins. I have all my windows in smanager closed.

can anyone help me figure out why i cant download the map from the ecu?

Make sure that you have the lastest software version. Click on 'Information' and make sure that SManager can read the S300 version and serial number correctly.

figured it out for anyone who runs into this problem make sure you have all windows in smanager closed and make sure to stop datalogging
