Download tune

I had my tuner do my S300 tune on my DA, but he didn't give me the tune. If I download the S300 software on my laptop and hook it up to my ECU can I download it off of the ECU onto my laptop or do I need to have him give me it?

you can download it, but there is always a chance it may get corrupted when doing this. It is always best to have him email you the file.

In case he doesn't, how would I go about doing that. Download the datalogger?
