O2 target voltage

I read that the target voltage is the voltage that I'm shooting for. My question is, is the target voltage for wide open throttle 1.25 Volts or part throttle 2.35 Volts? I'm running my s300 with an AEM wide band, so the target voltage is not .5 Volts. What should I set it at? :?:
2001 Turbo GSR, BB SC61, 1000cc injectors, stock block w/block guard, arias pistons, eagle rods, p28 w/s300, LSD, Type S BOV, Tial 38mm w/g, blox manifold, 3" down pipe, Thermal 3", Zex turbo cams, AEM gears, MSD 6BTM

The target is part throttle running closed loop
