Export Movie

I had a problem out on track last week where the car lost all power, thought i'd download the datalog and see what went on (I've never felt the need to connect my laptop up to the ECU to look or change anything up until now) anyway, I can download the logs and view them in the Smanager, save as a CSV but tried to export movie and got the following error:

What can I do?

Just like to add to this thread, I have also seen that error message when trying to download a calibration from the ECU.

Sicones, there was an update just after I posted this thread, after I installed the update it worked for me.

I had this problem this past weekend on a friends car, latest release was installed. Trying to download calibration it went nuts.
